Computer (Windows Based) Sales, Service & Support

There are so many choices to make when it comes to chosing the right computer, we start by discussing your options and getting the right computer for the right task. We will not oversell nor undersell. From there, we can provide either a reactive service model where you call us when issues arise or we can provide a more comppreensive active monitoring service model where we typically let you know that a problem is pending, before you know about it.

We support Microsoft based computers regardless of who you purchased it from.


Warranty Services

We were so impressed with the quality of the Lenovo Think series of computers and laptops that we became the authorized repair depot for Lenovo in Northern BC. No matter where you purchased your Lenovo Think devices, we can service them under warranty. They are a higher quality business computer line.


We are opening in Kelowna

What do you do when a staff member wants to be closer to family? In this wonderful information age, we are able to do perform a lot of work using remote tools. Rob is leaving Prince George to join his family in Kelowna. As a team, we have worked together really well so we have decided to expand our operations to Kelowna. No, he is not leaving our Prince George customers hanging - Between Steve dealing with issues in Prince George that require an onsite call and many issues just needing a remote call, we are serving our customers with the same level of service and support that they have enjoyed for over 12 years. The reverse will be true for Kelowna, Rob will deal with onsite calls and Steve with an overflow of remote calls.

After several months we have finally finished with our new web site. We hope you like some of the new features that have been implemented:

Easier Remote Support sign in.

We have added the capability to pay for any invoices using your credit card at a secure TD Canada trust web site. No need to email or phone in your credit card numbers.
