We will not oversell nor undersell. From there, we can provide either a reactive service model where you call us when issues arise or we can provide a more comppreensive active monitoring service model where we typically let you know that a problem is pending, before you know about it.

We support Microsoft based computers regardless of who you purchased it from.

No matter where you purchased your Lenovo Think devices, we can service them under warranty. They are a higher quality business computer line.
