HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday
Saturdays are primarily for server maintenance and work in the office. You are welcome to drop by the office but no on-site calls will be scheduled for Saturdays.

Sunday
We believe that Sunday is a day of rest and a time for church and family and as such, we are not open for business.


RATES

We are not sure why most computer companies will not post their rates but as part of our Mission Statement, we believe in openness and honesty, which is why we post all our rates for comparison. We believe in being fair, competitive and following industry standards in relationship to the rates that we charge for our services.

On-Site Desktop PC Support $63.00 / hour
On-Site Server / LAN / WAN Support $63.00 / hour
In-Store / LAN / WAN Support $63.00 / hour
Non Profit/Charity Organizations* $53.00 / hour
Retirees / Elderly $53.00 / hour
Minimum Rate $45.00
Remote Support $15.00 connect + $1.00 per minute up to $53.00/hr maximum
Server Monitoring $150.00 / Month

*To Qualify for Non Profit rates, you must be registered with Canada Revenue Agency as a charity.
