A Senior Systems Administration Professional with a significant record of achievement in the areas of Systems Analysis, Enterprise Solutions, and Team Leadership. Demonstrated ability in combining technical and business knowledge, leading to the alignment of Information Technology with the strategic vision of the organization. Proven record in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems quickly. Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal. For 6 years I worked as the technical supervisor of IRL Computer Centre and from there I moved on to be a Senior Systems Analyst for Canadian Forest Products for six years. Due to job cuts and a personal interest in providing a higher level of customer service, I decided to create a company that would excel in customer service.
