A Senior Systems Administration Professional with a significant record of achievement in the areas of Systems Analysis, Enterprise Solutions, and Team Leadership. Demonstrated ability in combining technical and business knowledge, leading to the alignment of Information Technology with the strategic vision of the organization. For 6 years I worked as the technical supervisor of IRL Computer Centre and from there I moved on to be a Senior Systems Analyst for Canadian Forest Products for six years. Due to job cuts and a personal interest in providing a higher level of customer service, I decided to create a company that would excel in customer service. Recently moved to Prince George from Brandon, MB. I am highly experienced in troubleshooting computer related problems with over 7 years experience troubleshooting issues either on site on through telecommunications. I too have a strong background in self-taught technical knowledge complemented with over 10 years of customer service experience. I was an active member in my community developing basic computer courses for both seniors and youth and providing computer and internet access to the community. I have some experience with web design as it is a hobby of mine and have developped a fair number of web sites.
